This is the new 2010 Chevy Camaro. I had a 1988 IROC-Z and loved it...then I got married LOL I have decided to miss one meal a day so I may afford this vehicle or at least make a decent down payment.. ;D It looks like the yellow camero in the Transformers movie.

Wow! That ride is sweet. They look so similar and I am sure they are competitively priced. Great, now I'm in a conflict.

I agree with Vin. My S-10 is still sitting in the shop.. mmm lets see 4 months now and they are still having hell to get it fixed. But my 83 Ford ranger is still running strong. No problems.

I agree with DS and DD I have not had very good luck with gm products. I have a Ford f-250 and a Chry. 300. Wifezilla just sold my Toyota Corolla to our son go figure that she would want to get rid of the vehicle that gets the best gas mileage. Well anyway Prez. I hope that you get the car you want. I like the Dodge better. ;D ;D ;D ;D What is the price of gas where you live. Here it is 4.04 per gal.

3.85 here. Guy from the UK said he pays 3.60 a Liter. Thats about $11-12 per gallon here. INSANE!!!!!
I think you guys would think twice about owning those trucks at that price. I know I'd sell me car, tell my friends I'll see them in the after life and walk everywhere. I'd have to work like 4 hours just to pay for gas to go to work every day.

Prez all trucks are not the evil thing you make them out to be. My Ford ranger gets 24 mpg that is better than most gas oinking sports cars. Plus I live on a farm so my truck is a necessity. Just some info for thought. ;D Also I am looking into buying a used diesel motor to put into it. I have found the plans and formulas for turning waste oil into diesel for about 75 cents a gallon. (I could care less about the green issue attached to it.) Diesel motors get better mileage.

For country folks a truck is OK. But I know many many people who live in the cities driving a truck that gets 12mpg to work and back. A truck is made for hauling heavy loads, not commuting alone to work and back when you work in a cubicle. I was talking about those people. Would be a ridiculous amount of money for someone getting 12mpg... its a ridiculous amount for me and I get 36mpg. If it was $12 per gallon that is.

I feel that any vehicle(s) I WANT to drive I will drive, period. I have owned 41 different vehicles since 1984. Some getting as high as 52MPG, others as low as 8MPG. Currently I drive a Dodge 1500 quad cab 4x2 that gets 12-14 city, 14-16 highway. Wifezilla drives a Dodge Intrepid ES that gets in the upper 20s.
As to diesel motors, they have far more power and higher fuel economy than their gas counterparts... BUT the cost of buying a diesel truck versus a gas one is about 10K more, making the diesel a less than desirable value.

Currently I drive a odge 15600 quad cab 2x4 that gets 12-14 city, 14-16 highway. And for those non Vinnese speaking I will guess that is a Dodge 1500 4x2, As i hear that the odge 15600 2x4 can leave quite the splinter in your rear...LOL I had to Vinny.
