Well, I got rid of one of those add-on-tool bars and it seems to help with some of Vista's hesitation problems. It was the My Web Search bar that had "smilie central" included with it. I guess I don't want or need the smilies if it is going to cause Vista to stutter
I guess I shouldn't have trusted Windows Defender and just installed Spy Sweeper right away...
