Whats odd is, he isn't one of the normal characters that are popular, but I recognized him....that's mostly why I was surprised when I saw your first avatar. I didn't even read the wiki I posted, I just knew the picture I was looking for.....ho hum....a 36 yr old in a teen framed mind still watching lilo and stitch, and likeing it....I mean the kid watches it. 
Anyone into comics seen Batman the brave and the bold?
30's and 40's style characters, but still pretty good. Imo, just hate waiting for new episodes. Liked the last toon better though.
