Free speech anti-homosexuality = hate crime

If we're not strong, this exact UK situation will be the law here. The PC thing already is not to speak the truth, and Canada already has it illegal to preach against homosexuality, calling it "hate speech."
It is imperative that we turn out of office as many liberals/democrats in the November 2010 elections as possible. Obama will still do as much by fiat (executive order) as possible, or by his bully-boy "czars," but Congress can defund a lot of that or pass specific laws to stop it, and perhaps we can override some veto situations, too.

Dale McAlpine was charged with causing “harassment, alarm or distress” after a homosexual police community support officer (PCSO) overheard him reciting a number of “sins” referred to in the Bible, including blasphemy, drunkenness and same sex relationships.
The 42-year-old Baptist, who has preached Christianity in Wokington, Cumbria for years, said he did not mention homosexuality while delivering a sermon from the top of a stepladder, but admitted telling a passing shopper that he believed it went against the word of God.
