Does anyone happen to know of a REALLY good case cooling wise. I am getting a new computer with LOTS of heat in it and plan on overclocking it, but my current case doesn't have enough airflow to cope with the temps. I don't really want a liquid cooling system, so I am looking for lots of fan ports.
I would prefer 5 fans, as many 120mm as possible, maybe even some 140mm's (I have 7 fan connectors on my motherboard). Two of them are reserved for my CPU heatsink with two 92mm fans. I'll keep looking myself, just looking for suggestions.
EDIT: Since you will probably wonder, I'll list the components of this new computer.
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ AM2 (This was the only one with a 2mb Cache) Asus M2N32 SLI Deluxe Wireless Edition 2x Seagate Barracuda 500GB HDD 16MB Cache in RAID 1 Thermaltake Tower 112 Copper Heatsink w/x2 92mm Fans x2 (4096mb) Corsair Dual Channel 2048 PC8500 DDR2 RAM x2 Plextor Dual Layer DVD Writer 8mb Cache Aspire 680 Watt Beast Power Supply (Might upgrade to higher watt) x2 MSI GeForce 7900 GTX 512MB GDDR3 in SLI Mode Case Pending Sound Card Pending

Check out www.coolcases.com. When I built my PC I wanted max cooling as well without a liquid system. The case I got ROCKS! It is well ventilated, easy to work in, and even has sturdy casters for moving it around. After the additional fan mods, casters, and PS the case sells for $273 but it is worth every penny. I have had it now for 4 years and it keeps my system cool as a cucumber OH, it is model Lite-On FS020.

Yeah, I think I'll go with your "stylish" solution and pay maybe 50 bucs, rather than getting the same result with a much more expensive case.
Thanks lam.

what would be the best, and cheapest, way to cut a 120 or 140mm hole in an aluminum case? Metal shavings aren't an issue because there will be nothing in the case.
Actually, looking at the case it might be steal, its pretty heavy and is pretty strong.

You need a hole saw that fits into your drill. Convert it to inches and you can buy one at most hardware stores.
