It looks cool, but it would be impossible to type on. With no moving parts, when your fingers are resting on the home row it would register as you touching all those keys. With no way to feel the keys, you'd have to keep your hands completely off the keyboard and look down at it to carefully touch one label.

Hmmm, the function details:
Would it not thus be touch-sensitive, as the iPhone/iPad are, so that slow or light touches (assuming home row position) don't do anything, just quick hard touches (typing movements)? That seems to be what I'm reading, or at least assuming, about the degree of distortion needed to register a key press.
