Never ask what kind of computer a person uses--if it's a Mac, he'll say; if not, why embarrass him?

Lam, do you collect anything ($) from us using the page? That is, for example, I go to Drudge and Michellesmirror daily. If there's a link there on your page, does that benefit you if I go there from your page instead of directly from wherever I am?

No, they're all just simple links. I don't get anything for the referral.

As best as I can understand it, ImageShack is now requiring a paid "membership" account to do the uploads of images to use on forums. They give a free trial membership. Mine expired. The LP Homepage has an imageshack upload button, but it doesn't work for me, I think because of this Imageshack change. Lamron, do you have another easy option, one that could be on the homepage, for me to upload an image and get a link so I can post it in a forum? Or is there some other way I can easily do this? Thanks.

My developer key for ImageShack expired. That key is what allows me to have a direct upload from the Homepage to their servers, and receive the info back to the website for use in the custom results page I made that has all the previews and pre-formated links for everything. The system worked well and I had a lot of time into writing the HTML and PHP to make it all work, so the best solution was just to pay the membership fee and reactivate it, rather than look for another free service.
The upload button on the Homepage is now working again.

Don't worry about it, it was only $20. No big deal.
By the way, are you getting the E-Mails I've sent you and AIGAD a few times about being in the server, ready to play? If not, make sure the E-Mail address you have in your profile on the forums is the one you want me to use.

Ouch. No, I don't know, I haven't been checking my unused emails, and my usual emails don't have anything from you. I'll check. I check the server status several times every evening that I'm free and only once did I find Aigad on. I've invited others to come over, and got some, "yeah, sure, ok" but no further action.
EDIT: OK, so I changed my email from yahoo to aol.

I figured you weren't just ignoring me, and that I was using an outdated E-Mail address for you. I'm going to put together a list of last known addresses for old LPmembers and send out a mass message inviting them back. I'm sure many of those addresses are outdated, though.

The server monitor doesnt seem to actually work on the homepage. I checked it, and then checked it against the server itself. It showed no players online when there were actually two.

That's really strange, because when I join the server and then minimize the game I can see myself on the server monitor.
Try holding SHIFT and click RELOAD in your browser to force a refresh of the entire page.
I need a few other people to check the monitor when they know players are in and report their results, so I can figure out if its a problem with the monitor itself, or if the website is refreshing from cache instead of getting new info.

I connected to the Server today ! WooHoo ! I have been noticing and again today when trying to get server address, The server Monitor shows MY IP address. I didn't think much of it until I read connect instruction. Was able to connect by method #1 , browsing for server

Thanks for letting me know. That's the kind of problem I can't see myself, because for me the server IP really is the same as my IP. I thought I had it set up to check the server computer's IP, but it was checking the IP of the person looking at the page instead. Its fixed now.

I have not been able to get the LP Homepage all day. It's just kind of a jumbled mess. I tried in Firefox and Chrome with same result. I always start with Homepage to see Server, then go to forums.
