Many of us have been playing together for serveral months and have gotten to know one another. There comes a time where when one of our members needs us, we should all step up and do our part to help in any way we can. Today, I must tell you about such a need among us. This is completely unsolicited by that member.
FrozenAngel was the very first offical LPmember. He has been with us from the beginning, and has been an integeral part of our group. Let us never forget the work he has put into the TeamSpeak server, with no thought of reward.
But, he has a problem that I hope you are willing to help with. He would never ask himself, and I hope this doesn't embarass him too much, but he has no puctuation keys on his keyboard. I'm not sure if he wore them out, or if his "bargin" keyboard never had them, but still we must help.
What I propose is for each of us to donate as much as we can spare to the cause, and then he can cut and paste them into his posts, e-mails, etc.
I would be proud to start off this Charity Drive with a pledge of 20 commas, 30 periods, and 26 capital letters. These are for you FrozenAngel, use them well:
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, .............................. ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
Please give generously, every little bit helps!

Wow... I am proud to belong to a membership where the group so sincerely cares for their own. I am awed by the generosity Lamron has displayed and am inspired to follow his example. Frozen, my friend, I would like to contribute as well. Don't worry, I have plenty and won't be taking any semi-colons or periods out of my family's letters or e-mails. .............................. (30 periods) ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, (20 commas) ? ? ? ? ? (5 question marks) !!!!! (5 exclamation marks) I hope these help. I'll contribute more next month as my punctuation budget allows... Oh, and I pulled a little from my savings... [shift] [shift] [shift] [caps lock] Don't forget, Frozen, we love you, Man!

Never ask what kind of computer a person uses--if it's a Mac, he'll say; if not, why embarrass him?

Sniff, sniff, I'm, sniff, so glad to be part of this caring group! It just, sniff, thrills my heart that a very worthy cause I, sniff, humbly mentioned in a previous posting* has now been picked up and, sniff, championed by none other than our Grand Wizard and Server-Upper in Chief, Lamron!!! Oh, the piety, oh the heartfelt love, oh the joy!!! OH, THE VINDICATION---it's not that my Mac that can't see Frozen's punctuation**, but rather, it's a classic case of PKDD/HKKS***!!!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *on Server Questions/Comments/Suggestions under "Password??" as Reply #6 on Nov 15th, 2004, 3:43 pm, by RedRock: "Speaking of fixes, Frozen, check your keyboard, as the punctuation mark keys which prevent run-on sentences (but not long sentences, as I clearly demonstrate) don't seem to be registering on your posts! LOL!" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **on Server Questions/Comments/Suggestions under "Password??" as Reply #8 on Nov 16th, 2004, 04:18 am, by FrozenAngel: "another mac gone bad see while everyone else with normal pc's can see punctiation you with your mac just cant its too lazy to put the proper codes in html this is why teamspeak dont work mac just dont know how to read such good programing" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ***PKDD/HKKS is Punctuation Key Deficit Disorder or Hypokinetic Keyboard Syndrome, a recently recognized acquired condition in certain Northern individuals who are allergic to sunlight and who have left their brains outside in the snow at night along with their mittens and galoshes. Sadly, there is no cure for little Johnny or big Suzy or FrozenAnyones, but research dollars are desperately needed to prevent this from happening to more unwitting Internet dwellers, but beware of bogus Internet chain letters begging for your unused punctuation marks! See wwww.urbanlegeds.com/index/hoaxes/littlefrozenangelneedsyourcolons/html for details. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lamron--Excellent! Frozen--Hang in there! I've already been skewered once with a poll! Guess it's just your turn in the barrel!

being a Canadian I know all about reaching out, being polite and all around nice person. The emotion and depth of feeling here even overwhelms me, I am truly impressed. I just wish I had a french keyboard to give a little extra punctuation that US version could not. My hat is off to you all.
