I know I'd mentioned this once or twice over the years about NAS4Free, but just got done with a major <--no pun intended, upgrade.
NAS4Free, networked attached storage, plus does a whole mess of other stuff like itunes server, media server, webserver, ftp server, rsync etc etc....
Last weekend spent upgrading motherboard, case and stuff. I tried to build into a 1990'ish old server tower but didn't work out, but in the end, put my last pc motherboard and managed to fit 9 hard drives in the case...
The drive names in the ss shot won't mean much to anyone unless your into Marvel comics, but I've set this up before the first Iron Man movie came out 
Just think, this OS is ment to run off a flash drive which means that hollow space under your stairs could house an entire server running off a RaspberryPI lol
also probly wouldn't have taken all weekend had I not been watching tv shows, but first night was messing with a case I couldn't use lol
Small upgrade of 12TB of space, 3 2TB drives and 2 3TB drives... minus the devils cut of coarse
right click/view image and should be able to zoom with FF

The price / quality of 3D printers is getting closer and closer to the point where I won't be able to resist getting one.
