File Storage Now Available

The "Storage" link on the HomePage now has the sign-up feature turned on. Everything is working correctly as far as I can tell. Additional features or tweaks will probably be made, but you can start using it for file storage now. Please read the "Read Me First" and "Terms Of Service" files you will find in your account after sign up. Any questions can be asked here.
