Who's the idiot who designed this place? Almost a million dollars. The bathrooms are in the worst possible locations, and imagine trying to walk from the living room to any of the bedrooms. The only bedroom with a private bathroom is the small windowless one in the center of the house, not the master bedroom. The attached garage has no access to the house at all. Based on the interior pictures there is an opening missing from the diagram that goes from the living room to the bedrooms. That helps some. Still, no one would build a house this way. Here's my theory. I think this red box was the original house and everything else is an add-on. That's why you have the weird rooms you have to pass through another to get to, and the no-egress deathtrap bedroom. My house is bigger, and cost under 10% of the price of this one.  |
