I learned to do it because the place where I bought my last "store" made PC went out of business. I was completely self taught , I took a correspondence course a few years back...(5 or 6yrs) and am a certified Computer Diagnostic technician. I have a fancy diploma and everything. The place I work at even paid for the course so I had no money of my own into it. I have shelves of manuals..diagnostic books..and I have never opened any of them...no need. Ya want some 1000 page manuals?....
