If you haven't seen this movie yet, I highly recommend it. Absolutely incredible. Not something to take the kids to, but wow. All I can say!!!!

I've seen it. This is definitely a "go to the theater" movie, not a "wait for DVD" movie.

The effects are pretty cool...a comic book in cinematic form with actors (not animated). A must see if you consider yourself a real man.  |

You needs a BIG screen to get the full effect of the beautiful cinematography.

It's hard to describe it. You'll have to see it to know what he means. It looks surreal, but not to the point of obvious computer generated renderings. The closest thing to a perfect medium that I have seen. Think the jaw dropping scenery in a few scenes of Gladiator and make it better. Then apply it to the entire movie. |

Not even close. I liked Sin City, but visually, it has nothing in common with 300.
