I pass by this burned out building frequently. Judging by the area and the condition, I'm guessing either a meth lab exploded or they just set it on fire for the insurance money. Today I saw that they added a "For Lease" sign and had to take a picture! LOL ;D The roof and most of the walls are missing. There is nothing salvagable left. Bulldozing the land would be the only way you could increase it's value.

Are you sure this isn't the home office for your ISP? ?? Hmm... checking..... the address DOES match! dose it come with fitted bathroom? I think the bathroom is located wherever you happen to be standing at the time. How's that for convenience?
