Hey, guys. The pilot episode is available THIS WEEK for free download from the iTunes store. It plays with the iTunes software (and perhaps with other video players, but it's seamless with iTunes). The second episode is also available for download for $1.99.
I haven't tried to access the on-line free episodes yet, but $1.99 is cheaper than the u.s. mail to have DS or anyone who tivo'd it send a burned copy in the mail. True, as someone said, a burned copy could play on a dvd player and output to the tv (big screen) and in-home stereo system, but there is something to be said about the ease and simplicity of clicking a file on a computer and watching with headphones in private while She Who Must Be Obeyed watches the weather channel or something else chick-ish on the big screen.

OK, I just finished watching "the first season" of this--all 9 episodes so far (I bought them on iTunes and watched them that way; no closed captioning, but otherwise fine!).
I loved it. It really grew on me and just got better. I like the FBI Agent, Ellison, and I enjoyed the flashbacks to the future, and there was plenty of action. I've enjoyed watching Summer Glau, and I've enjoyed watching her female terminator character grow and become more human. I really can't wait for the next season, whenever that is. I highly recommend this series to all of you.
Did anyone else watch it all, and what do you think?
What was with the hispanic bad girl? Was she a terminator too, do you think, or just a friend?
