Thanks for sharing that Monk, it gives me just a hint of the culture you experienced in the 50's and 60's, I take it.
And is "bird" derogatory at all, or does it imply good looking women, or just young women, or what?

a bird in our terms means a woman, just like the Australians call them sheila's. this is popeys and my birds ok.

Great photos Monk. And Lam I never really looked at it quite that way but it makes complete sense. And as for the speed thing I have read test done by some freaks that declare that 100mph can be reached in first gear on some of the new breed of super sport bikes (100cc and above). I'll stick to my cruiser and continue to dream of the day when I can get the full dress HOG!
