Never ask what kind of computer a person uses--if it's a Mac, he'll say; if not, why embarrass him?

Lam, I've been using it now for about a month as my Mac homepage--it loads fast. Thanks!
(a lot of the data is blocked for use at my work pc--blocked by Websense filters (games, etc.).

Should put BD's TS on there too! I've been trying to, but something about the iframe screws up the rest of the page. I'll have to find a different TS monitor.

Copy your Firefox desktop shortcut. Rename the new one to "A_ROOKIE's Internet". Right click on the new shortcut and select "properties". Pick the "shortcut" tab at the top if it didn't open there already. In the box called "Target" add the name of the website you want to go to at the end, after the quotation marks. So it should show: Hit "Apply" and you're done! Now whenever you click the "A_ROOKIE's Internet" desktop shortcut it will go to YOUR new homepage, without messing up anything on HER (default) shortcut. I did just like you said to do here. My question now is this, How come when I click on the little house at the top of the screen it sends me to the old home page and not this new fancy Lamrons' page I got?

I finally got the other TS Monitor to work. Sometimes HTML can be tricky! Friends don't let friends use AOL, but I added it because somebody wanted it.

I like AOL becasue it is free and provides a lot of content. Plus I have had my AOL email address since 1991 and do not want to change it.

I'm using this a whole lot! Can I make two requests for it? Please consider adding a button for comcast.net ( login.comcast.net/login?s=portal&continue=http://redir.comcast.net/redirect/webmail )as a place to go for email, just as you already have gmail, yahoo, etc. and Please consider adding a button link on lamronsplayground.com to the homepage alternative. I have it bookmarked on my home pc but don't want to bookmark it on my work pc, preferring instead to type the address in and then clear my history after I'm done visiting LP, DVT, etc., and currently for whatever reason typing the homepage alternative IP in the address bar directly doesn't work and I have to get it via the link in the posting about it in the LP forums. Likewise, I don't bookmark LP forums or LP home--I can type in directly lamronsplayground.com, and from there get the LP forums. Just your friendly neighborhood Paranoia Man. Thanks.

The Comcast button has been added. I'll add a homepage link if needed, but you should be able to access it directly from the browser address bar. When you're typing the homepage address, make sure you're using all lower-case. www.lamronsplayground.com

New addition: English / Metric conversion. On the right side under "Online Tools" there are now boxes for Fahrenheit/Celsius and for Miles/Kilometers. Just enter the value you have into the appropriate box and then click anywhere outside it and it will update the values.
Since we're frequently talking with people from other countries on internet forums, I thought it might be nice to have a convenient way to do conversions. If there are any other conversions that are frequently needed, let me know and I'll fit them in.

Sweet! Now us Canadians will be able to understand this dollars per gallon thing you guys use for gasoline! All I know is I pay $1.30 per litre right now, which is a hell of a lot more than I paid last year!!
