Don't waste your time learning to use Vista. Get the Windows 7 RC and use that for free until the retail version comes out.
RedRock, go "slumming" for a bit and try Win7. You might like it.

I bet RR is thinking "Man I wish I had a PC so I could play all the cool games that come out all the time. Maybe then I would not have too wait 1-2 years for Mac versions. Or have too get a new Mac that is able too dual boot Windows. "
Yep bet that is what he is thinking. LMAO

that will run any game you wish too play.. that is a fairly up 2 date PC. The quad core will last you for a few more years. Only thing too worry over is what vid card you have...
If you can find that out we can tell ya if you can play cod. Im thinking your probably good too go though.

It might be listed on the front of your computer since it was an off the shelf model. If not check here
control panel --> system ---> device manager --> graphics adapter
click on it and it should expand and tell you what make and model your vid card is.
The HP site lists this for your vid card.. but that dosent mean that YOUR machine has this card.. It could have been built and on the shelf before they upgraded specs.
1GB ATI Radeon HD 4850 2DVI, HDMI, VGA
if it has this card.. no worries you can play any game out there.
