Ducati has created three 'sport classics.' The Paul Smart replica: the GT 1000: and the Sport 1000: I know two of them are definitely going into limited production, and possibly all three. I applaud Ducati for going retro, they certainly look fantastic. If I were buying I'd have a hard time choosing between the Smart Replica and the Sport. Which two were at the show?

gt & sport/1000...pics never came out well!ugh!..it was really crowded..just a sea of bikers from all over,,my mate took the pics of the dukes (ugh) but they never came out good..i took a couple of the new harleys,,i will post them, but they were dark too!the new street bob looks moody..its in mat black faded denim..they do different colours..what happens is they fade to your personal taste, and then you have it laqured..to prevent further fading!nice touch, but i would think a nightmare to match after any scrapes you might encounter..

Hey pops, regarding the Triumph, is the throttle/accelerator on the left or right side of the handlebar...I think they are universally on the right since the late 70's?

first of all,,theres more in life than girls!!(no wait i ca,nt think of anything...lol)maybe your rite! : ) ..woody..as far as i know the throttle (loud-handle) has always been on the right..unless your older than me!(is anyone out-there older than me!..lol)you might be mixing it up with the gear-shift..at one time all british bikes, the gear-shift was on the right-foot..the back brake was on the left foot..now all production bikes are; left foot gear-shift,,right foot back-brake..(as far as i know)..ride safe dudes....pop

Thanks for the info pop...I thought the British bikes used to have the gas on the left handlebar. Must have been the brakes etc that I was thinking of.

LOL, I don't know, Des, I don't think you'd get within 2 feet of her actual body in a frontal approach, given the, uh, er, forward projecting female enhancements shown there!
