I'll just give you the link instead of cutting and pasting all of it. www.worldnetdaily.com/There are several interviews with terrorist leaders saying they hope the Democrats win because they are the ones promising to surrender. How can anyone live with the guilt of supporting Democrats when they day after day try to destroy this country by surrendering to the terrorists? Have they ever had any policy that doesn't lead to more murder of American citizens? How about abortion or gun control or welfare? How can you hate strangers you've never met so much that you devote your life to killing as many people as you possibly can?

I am not a Democrat BUT, I don't think they are wanting to SURRENDER to terrorists. At first I thought you were being sarcastic but after reading it again and again I don't think you are. You sound like a Bush supporter. Not saying I dislike the President of the United States but, I think we could have done better LOL.

Bush is no Ronald Reagan, granted. However, it could have been much, much worse. He could have been John Kerry.

No sarcasm was intended, sorry if it sounded that way. I can dig up some examples of it if needed, but surely you heard/read all of the Dems. saying every day that they want to get out of Iraq, and trying to stop any efforts to protect ourselves (terrorist surveillance, prisoner interrogation, etc.). Its the official position of the Dems. Recently they even threw out Ross Peroit (a long time Dem. and hard core liberal) for disagreeing with it. This is what the interviews were referencing. Its clear to them who's on their side.
If you give up and run away from a war/conflict then you've surrendered. You've let them win. There doesn't have to be a formal white flag ceremony for it to be a "surrender". Generally, you only do this if you're loosing and facing complete extinction. Doing it when we're winning is worse than simple cowardice, they want it because they think WE'RE the bad guys. Its more about making America loose, then it is about letting terrorist win.
If we "cut and run" and show the world that we are weak and a few small groups of terrorist can defeat us, then you can be sure that they will grow and spread. There WILL BE more attacks on America and our allies.
This doesn't really have anything to do with Bush, other than the Dems. blind hatred for anything he's part of. I would hope that any president would work to defeat our enemies, protect our country, and wherever possible, spread liberty to the rest of the world. Not only because its the right thing to do, but because free, prosperous countries don't go around causing trouble with their neighbors.
There was a time that we could count on Democratic presidents to do the same. There were policy, and values differences (particularly on domestic matters), but an OUTSIDE threat was always a uniting factor. Sadly this is no longer true, and Dems. can not be trusted to have our country's defense or any other interests at heart.

I can't disagree with anything you have said here except you seem to put ALL Democrats in a cut and run category. Do of know of any others , no, But I think they are just going with the majority. I think most wish we had never went and that we should not be there. They are like to point out the dumb things that Bush has done, that puts people on there side.
You are right Des he's no Regan.

congressman John Murtha {dumbacrat}Johnstown,Pa.12th district(fortunately i don't live there) wants a time set to "redeploy"{tuck tail and run} the troops. that way all the insurgents have to do is wait it out. Bush Sr. should have finished the job the first time. when the troops had Baghdad surrounded

just cant understand why some people are so freaking stupid... dont they ever stop to think about casulties..(sorry i know i suck at spelling) in most of the big wars we lost the 3000 troops they are whining about in less than a day on d day for sure. I dont want to loose any american lives either but that is the history of our country. Our freedome has been bought with the lives of patriots. If we dont fight them there we WILL fight them HERE.. It saddens me to no end that the american people handed over controll of this great nation to the liberal dems that want nothing more than to thrash our country into a comunist type government. myself im independant i vote for who i think should be there. but im a very concervitive kinda guy. thanks for the rant time.. catch ya later.
