Never ask what kind of computer a person uses--if it's a Mac, he'll say; if not, why embarrass him?

WTF!!
Constitutional rights were forfeit the moment that they were sentenced to death.
If the right to live was taken away, then they have no rights at all.
Plain and simple.

The one not shown here is Henry David Thoreau Also included on his wall . "Framed posters of Barack Obama, Che Guevara and Henry David Thoreau hang in the office of Lorain County Common Pleas Judge James Burge."www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2030704/postsen.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_David_Thoreau"Thoreau is sometimes cited as an individualist anarchist as well as an inspiration to anarchists. Though Civil Disobedience calls for improving rather than abolishing government"

I agree. Lethal injection is the most humane way we have developed to execute our worst offenders. And if they suffer a little pain during the executon, frankly that is just too damn bad. The main problem with executions is that they are not carried out frequently enough (even in Texas.)

I recall a thread discussing this exact topic before, and we were all on the same page. And I still agree with what has been said.
