I found this while reading through a blog site that is referenced by the Day by Day cartoon strip here on the forums.
It is a petition to call congress back into session to vote on the energy bill that would allow offshore drilling. I signed it. Just the announcement that Bush signed the order to resend the ban on off shore drilling has dropped the price of oil by 30 bucks. It would take another drop if they vote to start drilling.
So if you agree that congress should come back from their vacation to vote on this please sign.
