a walk in the park! no problem....in the oxford concise dictionary colour is spelt correctly.you across the pond spell it color..

Hey, it wasn't Quayle's fault, you know. That particular photo-op day he was visiting a school and he was "helping" the teacher do the spelling lesson using HER flash cards, and IT had the misspelled word--it didn't come from him! Quayle, in fact, was one of the most effective and successful VP's ever in history. During his term, he was the head of the highly-regarded Council on Competitiveness.
