I was in tears reading these stories of people who should be legally prohibited from ever touching a computer! In many cases, its not just ignorance (which can be fixed) but the customers were actually illiterate and couldn't read the screen. LOL!!! rinkworks.com/stupid/ |

It appears I was being too charitable. In a suprising number of cases the problem turned out to be that the person didn't HAVE a computer. I can't imagine what's going through someone's head when they call to throw a fit about the internet not working when they don't have a computer.
