I actually had to google doll house. It seems it was so short lived I'd totally missed it.
Buffy was based on high school vampire slaying so yeah, it was a bit corney on the acting sometimes. The series as a whole though I enjoyed the stories. It ran for 7 seasons The end of days episode had Nathan Fillion in it.

Well, Doll House was short lived, too, 2 seasons, and it was a little heavy on the sex angle, but I enjoyed the sci-fi of it, and "Wash" from FireFly had a significant role in it. Beware, if you go to watch it, that the last episode of Season 1, which wasn't shown on TV, is the first part of a two-part story, and the second part is the last episode of Season 2. Don't ask me why it was that way. It should have been just a two-part series finale that aired at the end of Season 2, instead.

I like how they kept all the door breech marks and fire damaged areas in Micheal's house in the new season of burn notice. Adds charm to it don't you think

I haven't noticed, Major! I'll look for them.
The show certainly has a different tone this season, though. I'd swear it was a different writer, but it's the same guy, the original. But the shows are more serious, the music is not as upbeat, and even the joking humor is all but gone. I'd have to say, it's a bit on the boring side, and I hope it gets better fast.

Yeah, I stopped watching W13 in the middle of season 1 when I realized its target audience is tween-age males. And now, I see from just a few minutes watching in passing lately, they have a new male character (played Jimmy Olsen on Smallville and someone or other on Animorphs years ago) that the nerdy young girl kind of likes, but of course, they've written him as proudly "gay." I do like 7 of 9, but not enough to watch w13 again. Probably.
Same for Eureka--it was just too too weird for me, I gave up on it after the first 3 or 4 episodes. I hope Felicia Day has a good character to play in it.
I'm enjoying burn notice this season, but it is different--more serious, more dark. Latest episode was cool how it harkened back to the Sam Axe movie we saw--what, Christmastime?--earlier.

You noticed that too about the darker plot twisted burn notice? Does it seem like to you if they are not careful, it kinda starts to look like a police drama....I obviously missed the part where he got goody goody with all the cops in miami overnight.

WOW...USA channel is getting brave with language! Covert affairs finally episode said Sh*t!
I thought I'd herd something on one of the channels like that the other day but thought I was only hearing something I thought I did.
TV, even for basic channels are getting pretty loose lipped...I couldn't imagine the fines these places would get when I was younger.
Next thing you know, Mr Crabs from Sponge Bob will be running a whore house and running an opium den on Saturday mornings!
Good episode though anyway on the covert affairs.
