Another DC comic character turned into movie.
admittedly I've not read much Johna Hex in the comic books
but the movie does look good.

Finally watched Legion, Cop Out and The Losers.
All ok, but The Losers was the best, also finally saw a preview on TV for the expendables!
It showed the action guys playing in it, but only used Arnolds voice in the preview I saw.

Ninja Assassins came out on the movie channel for 1.99 today.
I gotta say, I haven't seen a ninja movie that I thought was cool since I was a kid, lol
I'm sure it was cool on the big screen, but I'm glad I waited though, not really worth
the money at the theater, for me anyway

Ninja Assassin was pretty good, mindless fun. The title of the movie tells you everything you need to know about the storyline.

I watched Repo Men after that....good movie, painful, hurt the back of my legs gruesome but, really reminding me of the mortgage situations...and not just mine! the wishfull thinking end really killed me. You don't see those too often. Really sad...LIKE THE Mortgage company's!!!! sry lol

OK, today they released Kick Ass on the pay per view channels and finally got to see it.
I thought it was very cool with the gratuitous gun violent action sequences lol
Never thought of a strobe-light instead of laser sight, pretty cool idea.
Kinda of reminds me of Mystery Men.
Also liked the Jack Nicholson reference at the end. ;D

Saw Colin Firth and Helena Bonham Carter in "The King's Speech" yesterday. It was entertaining. It had some old actor faces in it that were welcome, too--the arch bishop (Derek Jacobi--"Cadfael," also "The Master" in Dr. Who), the head acting audition judge (don't recall the actor's name, but he played the fawning priest in the 6-hour A&E "Pride and Prejudice," which Colin Firth had been great in as Mr. Darby), and the speech therapist's wife (don't recall actress' name, but she was the main female, Lizzy, in the 6-hour A&E "Pride and Prejudice") and there were probably some other old Shakespearean and English Literature actors/actresses but I just didn't recognize them. No Picard, though!

The beginning of the movie is one way to stop it...

The guy that plays Osiris, played in the movie from dusk till dawn with him, so did cheech that's pretty cool, alot of other peeps in the movie too...the sheriff sounds like don johnson, pretty sure it is.

Hobo with a shotgun is out on dvd.
Not really sure what to think of the movie though.
