So by now you know that was just a poorly staged photo, with the camera down low and a weird angle and the Carters way behind (in physical distance) the Doofuses, so it "blew up" the apparent size of the objects more in the front (the Doofuses). Look at Pres. Carter's legs to see how they're sticking out toward the camera and appear way too big for him, and pair up Mr. Doofus' left leg and foot with his shoulders, and note his right hand on the front of the chari, to see how really far back in the chair Ros is sitting. It's like when your buddy catches a fish and holds it up close to the camera, way closer than he is to the camera while holding the fish and while still appearing in picture, to make the fish look bigger than it is.
