Like everyone else who lived through it, I miss the 80's. I was born in 1972, so I was a teenager in the 80's and some of the stuff in this video, like the rated R movies, I didn't actually see until the early 90's on VHS tape. I've always thought I should have been born 12 years earlier. I'd be too young to go to Vietnam, but be an adult in the 80's to really enjoy it. There was so much optimism then, for good reason. Everything was going to keep getting better and we feared communism instead of embracing it and letting it rule and destroy everything.
