There is going to be an addition to our family. Due in may so I still have a few months left to sleep in my own bed before I have to sleep on the couch.

It's not all bad (I got 3 of the "other" persuasion, myself)--you get 10 or 11 years with them, to raise them like a real person--go hunting and fishing and shooting, and teach them how to hock a loogie real far, before puberty hits and they go all female on you. Oh, unless of course, you get the BQ* model (I got 1 of those in my 3).
*BQ. Beauty Queen. Born inherently excessivley feminine and pretty, attuned to clothes and hair and makeup and social interactions, obviously an orphaned child from the Fashionista family and switched in the hospital nursery to unsuspecting Dads.

Ive have two boys and one girl and let me tell ya something I love my boys but I would love to have a house full of little daddy's girls anytime. She will steal your heart away and make you crazy while doin it. CONGRATS ROOKIE and may God have mercy on your soul.........lol
p.s. Red I think they are born with the natural abilty to wanna shop, I mean mines 5 and when we go to get a few thing from Goodys or Walmart its, "Daddy can I get these pair of shoes or these pair or these pair and I dont have a pair in this color or etc...." so yes when ther youg is great mine loves to go fishin with me now lets hope that never changes.

OK OK. Today was the day!!! We had a little Girl and her name is Addyson. She weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz. and was 20 and one half inches.  |
