Hey guys, I know I haven't been around much lately. I've just been catchin a map or two here and there lately. But you won't see me for about a week. I'm leaving for Mexico today, I'll be back home on the 8th. So someone's gonna gave to step up and kill Mar for me  So have fun peeps, I'll prolly be back on next Monday. |

Hey guys, I'm back home. TIRED ASS HELL!!!!!!! But I'm back. So I'll kill y'all later today. Gotta get some sleep before I even attempt any type of hand eye coordination. I messed up a bunch of times already, I'm sure the spell check will correct all my mistakes.
Hope you two took care of Mar for me. You better have, I was counting on you guys!!!!!

Naw, a lot of the mexicans have stayed down there. They make a lot of money off of tourism, so they don't have to come up here and steal our jobs. Down in mexico they celebrate easter HEAVILY. its a two week celebration, so I was there for the first week of it. So a lot of the mexicans drove down to Mazatlan... the place we were staying at. THERE ARE A LOT OF MEXICANS!!!! It took about 2 hours to drive 1 mile. This is no exaggeration. There were so many mexicans partying in the streets, and stoppin their cars to talk to their friends. We also went to Durango (yes, the dodge truck) and it was pretty much the same. Then San Blas... ditto. So don't go to mexico for easter, unless you want to party with the mexicans. Overall it was a pretty good trip. The Pacific ocean in Mazatlan was amazing. The strongest waves I have ever swam in. But us white skinned people better make sure to bring LOTS of sunscreen. I got burned pretty bad even with it on. Got a nice tan from it though |

lol press the Mexicans dont have to come here anymore.. thank NAFTA for that we are sending all the jobs down there were they will do them for pennies a day... guess that was the clinton's soultion to illeagle imigration. lol

Every time you buy something made in Mexico, you are supporting a Mexican that GOT A JOB and STAYED IN MEXICO. That's exactly the kind of behavior we want to encourage. Those are the good guys! ...etc., all paid courtesy you and me, the working stiffs. Thank you, democrats. I'd like to agree, but the Republicans have been just as bad on this issue, and since they've been the ones in power for the last several years I think they bear the greater responsibility. Sorry, I didn't mean to highjack The_President's vacation thread! ;D |

well I'm writing a researched argument right now for my Community college comp class. Can you guess me thesis? Illegal immigration has had a detrimental effect on the American economy because illegal aliens impose an estimated $14Billion a year burden on the American taxpayers. there's some food for thought... 14 Billion dollars a year. That's even accounting for the benefits... I must say Lam, "buy Mexican" is a novel idea!  |

www.ipetitions.com/petition/kissesforhershey/signatures.html this is why I will never travel to Mexico..well one of the reasons, plus all the recent killings of Canadians there that have produced zero arrests. Herseys is trying to close several factories here and in the US and move all production to Mexico..so being an unionized worker...there are no longer Hersey products in my house...and yes i think we are hijacking this thread. Sorry Pres...i have been busy and didn't run into DS till yesterday...he got to play with me 1-1 and had my FULL attention.

I've been thinking about a solution to illegal immigration, other than spending all that money to put up cameras, troops and all that jazz at the border. Now this is not complete yet, there might be issues I find later, maybe you guys will point some out too. Just my thoughts on a solution. Instead of deporting illegal aliens when they are discovered working for some company, then fining the company, require the company to pay the mexicans minimum wage (5.75 I think its at now). Now your saying, yeah but the whole point is that the gov. doesnt know about them, so how can that be regulated? When the government finds a stronghold of mexicans working for a certain company, require them to pay 5.75 for every hour that mexican has worked for the duration of his stay at that job. Now companies will have no reason to hire mexicans, because they will have to pay them the same amount as any other american anyways. There will be no demand for the mexicans anymore, thus fixing the immigration problem. I havn't figured out how to get around the fact that prices for fruit and veggies and such will go up because of increased labor costs, but aside from that I think that could work. That is the shortened version of my thoughts. Praise, critisism... slaps in the face? All welcomed. |
