just letting all you vermin scumbag killers know that I will be gone for a few days.. flying out tomorrow to see my son graduate from the Marine's boot camp... will be back on saturday.. be good and kind to one another and kill a few for me.. ;D

Thank you everyone... I have arrived alive in Cali... bumpy ride though ... wow.. have a bit more set up to do on the ole lap top here but should be able to play maybe.. we shall see.

When I've moved my daughters into their college rooms these last two years, we've taken their computers into the hotels on the way there, and both there and finally at their dorm rooms, making the internet connection via the local wireless networks went like this: 1) Turn on computer. 2) Launch internet browser. 3) Get immediate message: "None of your trusted networks can be located. Would you like to join (hotel name net) or (dorm room net)? 4) Click yes. 5) Connected. Oh, yes, I forgot to mention. This was with the Mac. Of course. But I'm sure your experience will be just as easy.  |

yep went like this...
1.turn on PC
2.found new wireless net work would you like to join it?
3.clicked yes
4.connected..
the set up I spoke of is for mohsh as I very rarely use the laptop to play. I did not have the members stuff or the client fix on here..

Hmmm, I see that Windows has stolen...er, borrowed.... even more from the Mac OS than I thought. I can't remember if I mentioned this yet or not, but I have been hearing this more and more, and from different sources. Vista was Microsoft's best attempt to mimic the Mac system. The stability and security of the Mac system was what they were aiming for. (I need more gasoline, the fire must go higher).... |
