This may not be a bug, but I thought I would mention it. IF you have the BPV on before you grab a flag, you LOSE the vest when you respawn witht he flag bonuses. Is this the way it is supposed to work?

if you select the pulse rifle in restricted weaps.. you can not holster it.. you press the holster button it puts it away then draws it right back out. I tracked this one down. There was an unexpected loop path in the player state files. Its fixed now. IF you have the BPV on before you grab a flag, you LOSE the vest when you respawn witht he flag bonuses. BPV, Suicide Vests, and JetPacks are all taken away from a player when he respawns. It has to be triggered by the spawning instead of by detecting death, since a player can go to spectate and rejoin without dieing. So it's kind of a failsafe to prevent the occasional weird action/event that would allow these upgrades to be kept after death. You can have multiple upgrades, but you have to pick up the flag bonus first. Then you can go get the BPV and/or JetPack.

Here it is for all you crazy suicide bombers out there. Find a BPV and hold USE down for two seconds when you pick it up (you can still move). You'll get the message that you have a Suicide Vest on instead of the BPV. It works the same as before, except that if you shoot someone in the head the vest disappears immediately, instead of waiting a few seconds for someone to pick it up.

How about if the Pulse round would blow a door ?? Done! The Pulse Rifle grenades will now blow out a door just like the Breaching Charges do. The door must be hit directly, not just be in the blast radius.

Lamron and Aigad,you guys did a very nice job on the client fix #9. It is an example of what a great job Lam and others do to keep it fresh in the playground. Between Lams constant need to improve things and make things different for time to time,combined with a great group of guys who play at the playground I don't think I will ever get tired of playing and interacting with you guys. Love the new changes!!!!! ;D You guys all are the best Sir_Shootsalot PS-hope to sneak up on you all very soon....lol

Seems to me that with the pulse weapon rocket/grenade, the damage radius should be increased--seems that you almost have to hit a target's body with it to get a kill. Is it set any different from the grenades or bazooka rounds (and are those different from each other, any way?)?
PS, can we somehow get a different sound for the main fire of the pulse weapon--not a firearms crack/pow but rather a technofuturistic firing sound?
