Loadout Menu and Perks

The old thread was getting too confusing to read with all the updates, so I'm deleting it and making this new one.

The normal weapon selection menu for the game didn't give me enough control over the options, so I scrapped it and made a completely new one. As much as possible, I made the menu easy to understand with instructions/descriptions. However, there are some details that are only found in this thread. As always, players who keep up with the Forums will have the best ability to make use of everything.
Note: once you open a list, you must select something from it.
The right-hand side of the screen displays all of your currently selected items.
Custom Loadout

Primary Weapon
Secondary Weapon
These buttons are your main weapon selection lists. As you mouse over each weapon on the list, a description of the weapon and relevant attributes will appear next to it to help you choose what you want. Any special rules will be shown here also. If a weapon has attachments available, after you pick your weapon a popup will appear for you to select your attachment. Some weapons disable other options on the menu. This allows a greater range of options because an over-powered weapon can be balanced by removing some other benefit, instead of just nerfing the weapon like the stock game.
Lethal Device
This lets you pick what weapon is in your "grenade" slot. Currently, choices are Frag Grenade, C4, or Tomahawk. Others may be added later. These will be weapons that damage other players.
Tactical Device
This lets you pick what weapon is in your "flashbang" slot. Currently, choices are Flash Bang, Stun Grenade, EMP or First Aid Kit. Others may be added later. These will be weapons that distract or impair other players without damage.
Special Weapons
These are unusual weapons that have some advantage over the normal Primary Weapons. Selecting any weapon on this list disables your Secondary Weapon, Lethal Device, and Tactical Device. This is also where you will sometimes find experimental weapons that I haven't decided how to fit in yet.
Default for Everyone
Everyone gets 5 Claymores per map. These do not disappear on death. HUD shows inventory and keybind for use. You can pick up your own Claymores and reuse them by standing VERY close and pressing USE.
Everyone spawns with the Ballistic Knife and 2 blades. You can pick up more and carry a max of 4 blades. The HUD shows the key bound to it. If you want to change it, go to your game control options and set your "Night Vision" key. If you are using Spawn Beacon or a Special Weapon, you will not get the Ballistic Knife.

Choose which Kill Streak you want to work towards. Each reward has the number of kills required to earn it listed.
