I always increase the gamma on my screenshots by at least 50% before I post them using IrfanView, because they're so dark.

I brought the brightness and the contrast up as well before I posted my pics. It sure helps the pic out but the chat area on my screen gets a little blurry sometimes.

Generally, increasing the gamma works better than messing with the brightness and contrast.

Ha Ha, Silly. So what did you do to my tank? Tell me exactly how you caused that so I can fix it.

Well, it all started when we were trying to figure out ways to get the person who was in the tank, out, without destroying the tank.
When someone is inside of the tank and using it, you can crawl right underneath it like it wasn't there. From that area we were trying ways to kill the guy inside. One of us set up a morta-mort down there and that is how the turret got blasted up so high.
I don't know how the tank happened to begin Floating, or how Beer got it to sink into the ground at Flug. Maybe my "partners-in-mischief" can shed some light on that for you. It may have began floating when it repaired itself and re-attached to the floating turret? I am not sure.
My guess would be that if you can block everyone from crawling under the tank, when someone is inside, that would eliminate much of the trouble.

Yes, you can also shoot out and not be seen from under the tank which is an unfair advantage....same scenario for getting the tank to sink(porta mort). You might want to make that area off limits.
Sorry you missed it Vin.
I cant remember the name Rubble came up with for our late night test crew Silly. You make it, We'll break it! heheh
I will upload my screens as soon as i can figure out why imageshack wont take them.

It is possible to crawl under the tank when someone is using it. If the tank blows up when there is someone under it, that is when the funny stuff starts happening. I pulled out the porta mort under it this morning and didn't even have to shoot the mort and my screen got all jumpy.
The more I experiment with the tank, the more it seems that if we can prevent players from climbing under it, most of the glitches should disappear.
On Sniper Field, I couldn't duplicate the glitches that happened last night. I experienced all new glitches today. Vinsanity fell under the map and the tank disappeared from view. It was still there, I just couldn't see it.

Yeah, I fell under the map but could fire up into the game. Silly called it sharking, so now I know what that means too

I added a block to keep players from getting under the tank. Hopefully that helps. Other than the great fun you obviously had BREAKING it, how do you like the tanks?

Thought you also might like to know that BT users can't hear the tank's cannon or machine gun. Can this be fixed for BT?

Is it possible to make a tank driving mode and give all of us a tank? LOL I managed to kill quite a few people with it, but it does have weaknesses. A person can send in an airstrike to kill the person inside without damaging the tank, and you can blow up the tank with mortors and grenades from behind cover. I found it difficult to kill those grenading me from cover because the blast radius wasn't quite big enough to kill them when I shot near them. It's not invincible, although if you encounter a lot of people that aren't prepared, you can kill quite a few. BTW, you can use the machete to kill the tank as well, not sure if this is good or bad, LOL
