Without the resources of the CIA on Casey's side, it would have never hapenned. And by the way, what a great description of Reagan That's how Reagan is STILL seen by his detractors, but in fact, until he was invested with power by the US Constitution, he was just another citizen and could do nothing but bluster or promise. Hence, it's just BS to think the CIA or any other organization would follow a mere citizen's instructions and ignore the elected President's orders (uhmm, if there even were any, of course--orders from Carter, that is). Sort of like Sore-Loserman all over again (sour sour grapes). (The_Pres, you're probably too young to understand the Sore-Loserman reference, so here, check out this image-- WATCH THE IMAGE AS SOON AS THE PAGE LOADS, IT ONLY CHANGES ONCE AND THEN BACK TO THE ORIGINAL, OR YOU MIGHT MISS IT, AND DON'T MISS THE TEARDROP!!!: archives.cnn.com/2000/ALLPOLITICS/stories/12/04/stickers.election/index.html )
