[the first male blonde joke] one day on top of a building under construction three workers sit down 4 lunch. the first one a Mexican fella opens his lunch & exclaims icheewowa a burrito again if i get 1 more burrito in my lunch I'm jumping off this building.the second man an Italian fella says mu-ma mia pasta again .if i get pasta 1 more time I'm jumping off this building.the 3rd a blonde guy opens his lunch 2 find a baloney sand which & cries o man if i get 1 more baloney sand which I'm jumping. the next day the Mexican man opens his lunch 2 find a burrito .he screams & jumps. the Italian man opens his lunch 2 find pasta . he yells & jumps. the Blonde guy opens his pail & finds a baloney sand which & runs & jumps. @ the funeral the widows r talking. the first widow said if i only knew i would have given him something different. the second widow says i would have given him something else if i had known, the blonde man's widow exclaims thank goodness.all the others look @ her. "he always packed his own lunch "

That picture looks like the bunch of Respiratory Therapists that stand outside the hospital, desperately smoking as many cigarettes as they can on their break.
Then they go back inside and work with patients that are dying from their years of smoking.
