It's nice, Lamron. lamronsplayground.com/homepage.html still works, though.

On the new homepage, I was looking real hard for the server status and found it as a tab. I have used the status on the evenings and weekends I'm off to see if anyone was playing, so, yes, it's sad to see the truth reached, that it's almost a dead thing with MOH:SH/BT. And I still can't run the newer (hah!) COD4,5,MW,whaterver, to boot. Now I guess I'll have to say I never did, because by the time I get a new Mac, it will be the newer games I start with (haven't heard of Black Ops).

Oh, and perhaps when you said (on the Server Status tab) ". . . the forums didn't die just because we're not playing the game anymore. . ." you meant " . . . the forums haven't died . . ."?

Or do you see the Forums here as dead, too?

Maybe we need a Facebook account for the Forums, to get some new "fwends" LOL.

Looking good Lam.

The era of modding seems to be dieing out, and it is having its effect on DVT as well.

The new games wont allow modding, or dedicated servers with full ftp access.

I am hoping they will soon see the light or some new upstart company will take the market by storm by releasing a fps with mod tools and full access servers.

Amazon is now using "Prestige Delivery System" for some of their shipments. I've never heard of them before, but I just added them to the "Package Tracking" pulldown on the homepage for those of you who use it.
